Victoria Auada, startups and venture capital lawyer from Brazil. Victoria has more than 6 years of professional experience, having started her career in banking and corporate law. After graduating from law school, Victoria ventured into the startup environment, first as part of the Real Estate & Transaction Latam team at WeWork when the company first started out in the region, and later as part of the Operations team and as Head of Legal for Exame magazine, having been hired by BTG Pactual bank after its acquisition of the magazine with a focus in restructuring. Before arriving at UPenn, where Victoria is a candidate of the LLM program at Penn Carey Law, she had spent the last 2 years as a Startup and VC Associate at BZCP, one of the leading M&A and Venture Capital law firms in Brazil.
